NOMINATE A LIFE TIME MEMBER

Every year MODS likes to honor volunteers and members who have had a major impact on our organization.
We are seeking nominations for this years entrants into our "Hall of fame".

Nominations are due by March 31st.

Nominations for Lifetime Membership


Do you know someone who has made great contributions to the MODS community? Someone who deserves to be recognized for many years of hard work and dedication? Well this is your chance to have them recognized for their achievements.


Each year MODS awards lifetime memberships to honor the accomplishments, dedication and service of members. This year we would like your help in choosing new lifetime members. We are calling for nominations from the MODS community to select the lifetime members for 2010.

To nominate someone you need to send in the following information to Corey at director@mods.mb.ca

1. Name of the person you are nominating

2. What they have contributed to the disc sports community

3. Why you think they should become a lifetime member


Nominations are due by March 31st, 2010.
