Individual Team Registration |

 We need 3 girls for Monday.
Plus Wednesday needs more girls.
DONT GET LEFT ON THE SIDELINES THIS YEAR!
Are you having trouble finding a team? Maybe you have a team but would like to play more than once a week. MODS is offering individual registration teams this summer. If demand requires we will run a team on each night of the week. A minimum of 8 men and 6 ladies is needed to form a team. For more info on how this works click the read more button.
(The "Individuals" were originally formed as a league "individual team" they have stayed together and went on to win the Tuesday "E" division championhsip last summer. You could be a part of the next team to follow in their footsteps.)
How to register for one of these teams.
1) Create or update your MODS membership online.
2) Pay your MODS fees (cash, cheque or online) *** check into payment options "Registration / Payment" tab buttom half of that page.
3) Email Corey to confirm your availability for which of these nights you can play on.
Teams will only be formed if we have enough interest.
4) Pay the team fee (cheque or cash directly to MODS)
The team fee is $45 per player which is in addition to your MODS fees.
A team representative will need to be selected to attend the captains clinic and the captains meeting.
