Winter Co-ed League Individual Registration Want to play Ultimate this winter but you can't find a team? MODS will form teams of individuals if there is enough players. To register please email Corey with the following info. Name: Gender: Age: years of experience: Divisions you've played in: One or more teams will be formed based on demand. A minimum of 10 players is needed to form a team (6 guys and 4 girls) The division the team plays in will be determined by me. The cost will be $99 per person. All players must also be MODS members. Cheques can be dropped off at Sport MB and will not be cashed unless the team is formed. All registration must be received prior to the league filling up for the team to be formed.
