MODS is pleased to offer Middle School Ultimate leagues for teams in Manitoba during the spring and fall of each year. If you are interested in starting a team at your school, MODS offers free coaching support and clinics to help you get started. The league runs on Wednesdays. All league games are played to 13 points with half at 7. Games start at 4:30 pm with soft cap (add 2 points) at 5:40pm and hard cap (last point) at 5:55pm.


All players must fill out a paper copy of our waiver and purchase a MODS Junior membership ($10)
