Do you hold tryouts?
Tryouts held early April each year. Try-out information will be posted on social media and sent via email. 

Do you train in spring/summer or year-round?
We train Spring Summer and preseason prep sessions dependant on space availability and interest from Jan-Apr

How many times per week do you train in season?
Twice per week

How many times per week do you train out of season?
Usually one Session every second week 

Do you attend CUC regional qualifiers every year or select years?
Every year

Do you attend CUC nationals every year or select years?
Every Year we qualify

Do you attend competitions in the USA?
We participate in USA ultimate Masters series, which includes Regionals in June and Nationals in July, Nationals attendance is dependant on the dates of the Canadian Events

Team highlights from previous years:

- Won spirt prize at USA Nationals in 2016

- Qualified for USA Masters Nationals in 2015, 2016 and 2018

- Qualified for CUC in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018

- Secured a bid for WMUCC (Worlds Masters Ultimate Club Championship) in 2018

- Won bronze at CUC 2018
