Manitoba Organization of Disc Sports (MODS) with the support of the Province of Manitoba and the Green Team Project are happy to announce that we are hiring for May, June, July, August and into the first week of September 2021. These positions are for those ages 15-29 and looking to gain employment and development working with the MODS office to maintain our Ultimate park and help deliver programming to our members.
Job Descriptions:
- Outdoor field & park maintenance
- Field and line painting
- Evening support of our adult leagues and programs
- Support at MODS daytime, evening and weekend programs
- Work with youth in day or evening camps
Details:
MODS will be providing all training for those who are hired, we will also pay for a back-check on each hire and provide all staff with the necessary PPE to stay safe while working during COVID-19. MODS is looking to hire full (35 hours per week) & part time employees, those who can only work part time or flexible hours are still invited to apply. Pay for these positions is $11.90 per hour (as per provincial contract). Work will be done primarily at IJL Ultimate Park with potential shifts at Little Mountain Sportsplex.

Successful hires will be expected to start work the week of May 3rd.
