MODS runs a few streams of junior programs during the fall and winter indoor seasons.
Below are our plans for the three streams that we plan to offer.
Big changes are in store for this year as we have moved the Sunday night programs to a new venue and time.
Venue - Lindenwoods Community Centre (414 Lindenwood Dr W)
Time - Saturday's at 6:30pm
Dates - October 30, November 6, 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11 & 18th
Registration Opens - Tuesday September 28th at 7:00PM
Info - This will be an 8-week program starting at the end of October.
Each session is 60 minutes and combines warm up, skill building drills, rules knowledge & tactics with Spirit of the Game and game play.

Coaches - Our programs are coached by Team Manitoba coaches and other experienced members of our community.
Cost - $72.00 (GST included) plus a junior membership ($10.50 GST included)
Venue - WSF South (U of M)
Time - 6:30pm
Dates - October 24, 31, November 7, 14, 21, 28, December 5, 12, January 2, 9 & 16
Registration Opens - Tuesday September 28th at 7:00PM
Info - This will be an 11-week program starting at the end of October, taking a break for the holidays and then finishing up with 3 more weeks in January.
Each session is 60 minutes and combines warm up, skill building drills, rules knowledge & tactics with Spirit of the Game and game play.
Registration - Individual registration will be done on the MODS site (go to this page to register), space if limited so participants should register early if they want a spot.
This program will divide the participants into developmental and advanced streams based on age and experience.

Cost - $136.50 (GST included) plus a junior membership ($10.50 GST included)
