MODS' Annual General Meeting Announcement 

On October 4, 2025, MODS will be holding our AGM. This meeting is open to all members, and pre-registration is required through the website to confirm membership. There is no charge for this. You can register to attend here: https://mods.mb.ca/program/about/479/2025-agm-registration/

Proxy Voting

Please review the excerpt from the by-laws below:

Article IV: Board of Directors

Section 9. Proxy Voting: Any member not attending the AGM may assign his/her vote to another member, by proxy.

1. Proxy votes are assigned by submission to the MODS office of a completed proxy form, not less than 48 hours in advance of the AGM to which it
2. The proxy form may limit its holder to voting in specific capacities, or may assign general, all-encompassing voting rights on behalf of the assigning
3. No proxy-holder may hold more than one proxy vote at one

Proxy forms must be received by the office on October 3, 2025, by 5:00 pm.

**Proxy Voting forms that are received late or incorrectly filled out will not be considered. It is the sole responsibility of the MODS member assigning proxy to ensure that these are submitted correctly and on time.
