Bylaws Update

Member Submissions 

We have received two member-submitted bylaw amendment proposals for consideration at the 2026 AGM. These proposals were submitted by Tracy Hunt in accordance with the bylaw amendment process and will be presented separately from the Board's proposed bylaw amendments. Each proposal will be considered and voted on independently by the membership.

The Board's proposed bylaw amendments will be presented first during the AGM. The member-submitted bylaw amendment proposals will then be presented for consideration by the membership. Each member resolution will be voted on separately.
Members are encouraged to review the full text of the proposed amendments prior to the AGM.
