MODS BOD Update - Monday November 16th, 2020

A brief update for those who have registered in MODS programming this fall:

Due to the provincial restrictions now extending into December 2020, all MODS on field programs are cancelled for the remainder of 2020. We recognize that this is a disappointing and challenging time, but with the current state of the province this is the only responsible course of action available to MODS.

We will be issuing full refunds on all programs. MODS has made the decision that we will waive the existing refund policy and instead cover all of the credit card transaction fees and administrative costs associated with this process for our members. Be advised that the refund policy is being revised and will be made available to members prior to future program registration opening.

Refunds will be processed by staff over the coming weeks. Should you be in a position where you wish to support the organization financially at this time, you are welcome to reach out to staff to indicate that you wish to donate part or all of your refund to MODS (an online form has been made available to facilitate this option). While we value all financial support, especially from our membership, no one should feel an obligation to do this as we recognize that times are difficult right now for many in our community.
