MODS Summer League Rules Clinics

MODS Rules clinics are open to all captains, players and anyone interested in learning more about the rules of our game.

All teams are required to have a Rules Captain.

Rules captain certification comes in two ways

• Passing the MODS Rules Quiz

or

• Attending a MODS Rules Clinic

*** Note: all new teams / captains must attend the clinic their first year and would be eligible for the quiz in subsequent years.

Captain's must get 80% or better to pass the quiz, scores lower then that mean that you will need to attend the clinic.

Captains have 2 options:

Tuesday April 27th - Meeting Link (passcode - 174672)

Start time: 7pm

Run time is approximately 90 minutes.

The clinic is mainly a power point presentation with the use of a few short videos with time built in for Q&A.

MODS Summer Captain's Meetings

The MODS Summer Captain's meetings are a mandatory pre-season meeting to cover details about the league.

Each team must have one person minimum in attendance at the meeting.

The meeting will cover:

• League Details
• Captain / Team requirements
• COVID-19 Protocols / Venue Policies
• Spirit Captains
• 2020 - 21 Rules Review (to cover the new rules released last year)
• League Q&A

There are two meeting options (Note: Thursday league teams MUST attend the first meeting as the second one conflicts with their league night)

Start time - 7pm

Run time - 60 to 75 minutes approximately
