MODS Bring a Friend Night

In preparation for the spring summer season we are looking to add options for new players to get introduced to the game.
MODS is running an "Open House" night at WSF North (Leila) to give existing and new players a chance to experience a beginner clinic and hat tournament.

Date: April 20
Time: 7:00 to 10:00pm
Cost: $15 for current members, FREE for new players.
Door Prizes: every player will receive one door prize ticket. ***

*** Current members will receive an extra door prize ticket for each new person they bring.

Online registration will begin on April 1st. New players looking for free entry should select Pay Offline and check out.

Format: MODS will run one or more clinics from 7 to 8 on half of the fields. The other half will be dedicated to "old school" pick up.
Depending on numbers and demand we may use "Speed Ultimate" rules for these games.
At 8pm we will break the participants into teams (team sizes and formats will be dependant on attendance). Teams will play 3-shorter games in the remaining time.

Who is this for: the evening is open to all members as well as anyone who wants to try Ultimate. Any member who brings out a new player will receive an extra ticket(s) in our draw for some door prizes. The focus here is to offer a welcoming fun event for people to try Ultimate or maybe get back into it after some time away. If you don't have a new person to bring we would still love to see you there.
