2023 AGM Package

The 2023 MODS AGM will take place Monday, October 23rd at Torque Brewing (330-830 King Edward St). 

Doors open at 6:30PM, all attendees must be MODS members and present a photo ID at the doors for admission. 

We ask that all those planning to attend please RSVP here. This allows us to provide our vendor accurate estimates and ensures we stay within the building's capacity.

Proxy Voting
Please review the excerpt from our by-laws below

Article IV: Board of Directors
Section 9. Proxy Voting: Any member not attending the AGM may assign his/her vote to another member, by proxy.
a. Proxy votes are assigned by submission to the MODS office of a completed
proxy form, not less than 48 hours in advance of the AGM to which it applies.
b. The proxy form may limit its holder to voting in specific capacities, or may assign
general, all-encompassing voting rights on behalf of the assigning member.
c. No proxy-holder may hold more than one proxy vote at one time.

You can find the proxy voting form here. All proxy voting forms must be received by the Secretary by Saturday, October 21st at 7PM to be considered valid. 
*Proxy Voting forms that are received late or incorrectly filled out will not be considered. It is the sole responsibility of the MODS member assigning proxy to ensure that these are submitted correctly and on time.
