The U10 program will embody a safe learning space, value the growth mindset, and encourage being active. This program will also help prepare athletes for our U14 and U18 leagues and get them a step further to playing Team Manitoba.

What makes this program unique is that it is catered towards the development of physical skills involved in ultimate through helping kids learn what they are athletically capable of. Coached by high-level players from Manitoba who have experience in the highest level in our sport. All coaches in our program are trained through National Coaching Certification Program to acquire knowledge on the Code of Ethics, Emergency Action Plans, Inclusion to ensure a safe environment for your kids. By the end of this program, athletes will have learned the fundamentals of ultimate, including how to hold the disc, how to throw, and the basic rules. The program will also include ways in which they can succeed at the game, this includes how to find open spaces to run to or throw to and beginning to understand the concept of playing defense on a person. Most importantly athletes will learn the spirit of the game and proper team etiquette.
