Nominate Someone Great!

The MODS Annual General Meeting not only signifies the fall, board renewal and an overview of operations - it also allows us a chance to highlight the most imporant leaders, volunteers and longest serving members in our community through the Lifetime Membership award.

This award usually goes to exceptional people who have helped the development of disc sports (ultimate or disc golf) and have played a roll in increasing sport awareness, growth and progamming (along with event execution) in their time as MODS members.

To learn more about the award, please take a look at some of the key points below and please feel free to nominate someone worthwhile! The forms and application are listed below and should be returned/submitted to the office no later than Friday August 21st, 2020 at 4pm. All submissions should be sent to the Business and Sport Development Director or President (just click on a title for direct email).
