2019 Ultimate Canada Conference presented by VC Ultimate

The Ultimate Canada Conference (UCC) is a wonderful professional development opportunity for Ultimate organizers to network, discuss programming and shape the future direction of Ultimate Canada. With so many Ultimate enthusiasts in one location, it is a great chance to learn about administrative best practices, programs across the country and much more. There are many topics to cover and participants will have several opportunities to select sessions that are the most relevant to their home Ultimate community.

The 2019 UCC will take place in Québec City from November 15-17, 2019. This year's theme is Community Engagement and Development.

Logistics and Registration

The main conference takes place on November 16-17 with optional sessions on Friday, November 15th in the afternoon.  

Registration closes on Friday, October 25, 2019.  

The conference registration rates are as follows:

Standard Registration with Saturday Night Social
$250 per participant
Benefits:

• Access to all sessions
• Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• For delegates that need accommodations, Ultimate Canada subsidizes accommodations to support out-of-town delegates and build community. Accommodations are provided free of charge for delegates that require accommodations on Friday, November 15 & Saturday, November 16 for all conference participants that are willing to share a room with another participant. As accommodations are subsidized there is no rate for those who do not require accommodations
• Saturday social and dinner.
• Note: Should you register for the regular conference without the Saturday social, you will have until Wednesday November 6th to change your mind!

There is a special for university students who are only going to attend sessions and do not require meals or lodging.

Additional Registration Information

Meals
Conference attendees, except for university student registrants, receive breakfast and lunch on November 16 and November 17. Attendees are responsible for all other meals unless they signed up for the Saturday night social and dinner. 

Travel Subsidies
Travel subsidies are available for Ultimate Canadian leagues and PTSOs. There is a limited amount of funding available with associations that are small and/or travelling a far distance receiving priority. If you represent a league or PTSO that would like to apply for a travel subsidy please contact Ultimate Canada at ed@canadianultimate.com.
