Beat the Skeeters is BACK!

Beat the Skeeters is the MODS flagship Party Tournament held in June. This is a tiered event that highlights and promotes a good time and Spirit of the Game while getting everyone ready for the summer! Taking place at IJL Ultimate Park with room for 60+ teams, it has become "the" fun tournament for adults. This event offers all members a chance to celebrate the start of summer and the beginning of another successful Ultimate season together!

BTS Basics 2022...

What:     Beat the Skeeters Ultimate Tournament
When:     June 11th and 12th, 2022
Where:    IJL Ultimate Park
Time:      All Day Event Both Days (3 games per day)
Price:   $325.00 + GST team fee; $25 + GST Free Agent fee

Note: A U21 Hat Tournament will take place on the Saturday as an extension of the normal event.
Registration for this will be done individually and you will be placed on teams.

What to Expect at the Tournament:

Torque Beer Truck and Beer Garden - MODS will work with our sponsor Torque to have their beer truck on site. Either way Torque will be featured at the Beer Gardens.
Food Options - More info to come
Music - MODS will have music playing all day long around Disc Central and the Beer Gardens.
Prizing - there are prizes for the top teams in each tier, best costumes and the most spirited team! Come out and play for points or fun... we've got you covered either way!
Donations - We will be collecting donations for the "Art Hawkins Great Canadian Ultimate Game" a national fundraising program in conjunction with Ultimate Canada.

This tournament is for all skill levels and holds extra emphasis on spirit, costume, themes, and sideline hijinks.
