As of this morning, everything has been confirmed for the 2019 captains meetings which will be held at Torque Brewing Co. located at 803 King Edward Street.
Monday and Tuesday Captains - Your meeting is being held Tuesday April 30th from 7pm-8pm
Wednesday and Thursday Captains - Your meeting is being held Thursday May 2nd from 7pm-8pm
Everyone in attendance can buy ice cold Torque beer during the presentation.
Perfomance bonds for the year can be handed in at the meeting > Performance bonds without a date will be held for 3 years to save members time and paper.
Cones and Discs will be available for purchase, the debit machine will be available for purchases.
Teams still owing team fees can pay by cheque or credit card that evening.
We will review the new website and how to enter scores and see schedules or venues.
We will be talking about partnerships and sponsorships for members to access.
We will overview summer tournaments and open touring practices for teams to join.
