Each fall MODS hosts a free night to allow members, guests and anyone interested in Ultimate to come out for an evening of skills and games.
Date: Tuesday, October 11th
Time: 8:15 to 10:15 pm
Location: WSF North (Leila) indoor turf facility
No registration required.
No outdoor shoes allowed on the turf.
We recommend that you bring cleats and a white and black (light and dark) shirt.
The group will do a combined dynamic warm-up.
We then split into gendered groups to do throwing drills, and work on skills before being split into teams to scrimmage.
