MODS Manitoba Cup is back for 2019 and serves a dual role as playoffs for league teams who were part of the Torque Mixed Summer League. It also serves as an opportunity for those who couldn't play this year to put together teams for one weekend and come out in the name of spirit to support the community and celebrate as one with friends and family.
This years Manitoba Cup will feature our first ever "extended lunch break" on Saturday so that we can really take some time and party as one group, share in some good music and games and really bond through our celebration of Ultimate Frisbee and Disc Sports.
This event is free to all MODS members in good standing... so put together a team of friends or reach out to the office, because this tournament doesn't cost you a penny!
For anyone you know who has never been a MODS member or played ultimate, please have them reach out to Corey Draper... We will register them for the event on a free agent team or team with their friends and provide them with a free membership for the rest of 2019 so they can partake at Manitoba Cup and again throughout our fall and winter seasons!
