This league was created to provide more opportunities for competitive Men’s ultimate during the winter season. Whether you’re a touring player looking to keep playing competitively during the "offseason" or whether you’re a high-level rec player looking for a chance to experience competitive ultimate, this league is for you! Deadline to sign up is Oct, 11 2019. 72 players will be drafted to compete on 8 teams. League games will be Tuesday nights at 9:15pm at Leila Soccer North Complex (770 Leila Av.)
League begins October 22nd and runs until January 21st.
There will be a tryout night for this league on October 6th at 6pm at WSF South (U of M Soccer Complex). The tryout is included in league fees and all players are encouraged to attend in order to facilitate the making of even teams. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early in order to check in and warm up.
Note: You CANNOT play in this league if you are selected for WIMIUL. You may sign up for both leagues and if drafted in WIMIUL you will be deleted from our draft list. WIMIUL cuts will be notified prior to our draft deadline and will have the chance to sign up for this league.
Payment links will be sent to players once they have been selected. Fees will be approximately $136.50 (same as last year)
The third tier is our Men's Developmental program which is open to all players.
This is great for people new to the sport or who are interested in learning the Open game.
Lots of experience rec captains have participated in the past to gain new strategies to take back to their team.
