Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group

The Manitoba Organization of Disc Sports (MODS) is committed to improving equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within MODS.

We are establishing an EDI working group to improve equitable access to athletic opportunities and full participation in MODS for all individuals, particularly for those from social groups that have historically encountered or continue to face systemic barriers. The MODS Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group will evaluate and make recommendations for improving EDI within MODS.

MODS is currently seeking volunteers to fill positions within this working group. If you are interested in helping our organization and community, please send an email sharing your interest with Charlotte (cthrift@mods.mb.ca) who will share candidates with the board of directors and the other working group head(s).
